From reclining on the balcony in the morning sun or relaxing with a chilled margarita in the evening breeze, to receiving calls from my pals as their designated 'lifeguard' reporting on the temperament of the sea from my bird's eye view: "Yes Charlie, it's calm enough to paddle board".
Being only a few minutes from the waves made every lunchtime a chance for a dip or a read on the beach in the summer, whilst every evening I could watch the sunset from the comfort of my bed. In the winter I've enjoyed cosying up in the warmth of the apartment to the sound of the wind, or venturing up the road to the Connaught for a Sunday roast followed by a board game at the Better Half. Winter walks may be filled with sea spray but you're never far from a warm fire, live music or even some great sushi.
This place has truly been my dream home, and I hope someone else will find as much to love here as I have.
